Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
